Subscription and billing
Lucy is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through your Apple Account. Because Apple handles the payment, subscriptions can only be cancelled from your device — we cannot cancel one for you.
To cancel or change your plan: open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Lucy. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, otherwise it renews.
Free trial. Cancelling during the trial keeps your access until the trial ends, and you are not charged.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Write to us as well if something went wrong on our side — we will support your request.
Prices are shown in your own currency inside the app before you confirm anything. The currency comes from the country set on your Apple Account.
Your account and your data
Erase Lucy's memory. In the app, open Settings and tap "Reset Lucy's memory". This clears her memories, the conversation thread and her structured knowledge about you. Your account stays.
Delete your account. In the app, open Settings and tap "Delete my account". This permanently deletes the account and everything in it — messages, mood entries and profile. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel an active subscription: cancel that separately in your Apple Account settings.
Trouble signing in? Use the same method you signed up with — email, Google or Apple. Signing in with a different method creates a separate account rather than reopening the first one. If you are stuck, write to us.
